Multi-month rates are negotiable.
A minimum refundable security deposit of $3000 will be charged with
each rental.
Rentals are subject to a cleaning service fee (not to exceed $150), deducted
from the deposit.
Note: Rates are subject to change without notice until a Reservation is confirmed

| You will be met upon arrival so that we can walk
you through the home in detail. Refundable Security Deposit is returned at the end of your stay so long as everything is in order. No cleaning fee so long as the home is in the same condition as received. Cleaning services are available for a reasonable fee. |
