The window seat is a cozy place to enjoy a book, or the Tuscan inspired private balcony is a quiet place to enjoy the afternoon sun. Ample Pennsylvania Dutch quilts and silk curtains round out the decor in the room. The full bathroom adjoining this master suite is shared with the third bedroom. This middle bedroom is perfect for a couple of children. It has a double bed with and iron head and footboard, and is decorated with three generations of heirloom quilts. Rounding out the second floor is a loft overlooking the living area and the two-story high picture window over looking the Bay. There is a small empty room adjoining this loft which is a perfect playroom for children and a place to store toys and games. On the first floor, the home has an open floor plan, perfect for entertaining or conversing with family and friends. The large kitchen has granite countertops, all amenities, and a full size casual eating area for 6 overlooking the Bay. The formal dining room is decorated with cherry furniture and can seat up to 8.
